The restaurant is located right in the heart of Marbella, on the Paseo Maritimo, a stone's throw from Salvador Dali's Sculptures. The business has a total capacity of 52 people, of which 18 on the terrace.

The business is for transfer, the price of which includes all the necessary licenses – for the activity, for the terrace, the music, but also all the necessary equipment to start the activity immediately. The renovation of the premises was done in 2019, and part of the equipment was bought in 2024.

The rental contract of the premises will be made with the new owner at the time of the purchase of the business for a term of 10 years. 4,200€/month+IVA will be paid for renting the place.

According to the license, the restaurant can operate between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. during the week and until 3:00 a.m. on weekends and holidays.
